I want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. This means all of my molds except Custom or personalized orders are fully refundable. If you are unhappy for any reason please message me within 3 days of receiving your mold(s) and I will gladly refund your purchase price of the mold(s) after they have been received at Salvatore’s Studio. Ship molds back to me within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
****IMPORTANT: PLEAS READ THE SIZE DESCRIPTION OF THE MOLDS YOU JUST PURCHASE some of my items are VERY THIN ONLY 1/16"-1.5mm THICK if they are not thick enough for your project let me know and I will refund your purchase price and cancel the order.
Request a cancellation within: 4 hour of your purchase
If the mold is defected just take a picture of the damaged part send it to me and I will mail you a new mold.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
I can't accept returns for
- * Food Grade Molds
- * Custom or personalized orders
But if you received a defective mold just contact me with a picture and I will gladly send you out a replacement mold.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
**SOAP MAKING** Some of our molds can't be used for soap making because they are not deep enough to cast soap. If you are planning to use the molds you just purchase for soap making please let me know and I will let you know if they are suitable for casting soap if they are not I will refund the purchase price and the shipping cost I will then cancel your order.

Additional policies and FAQs
PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally I change the shape of the molds, making improvements to ease the release of casts or improve the look of the mold The shape and size of the insert WILL NOT CHANGE just the overall shape of the mold. With time I will update my pictures.
Since our molds are made per order, please allow one (1) to (4) business days before the molds are shipped.
For my U.S. customers…I ship First Class parcel and use delivery confirmation on all my shipments in the U.S. so you can track their journey and know when to expect your molds.
If your package is lost by the USPS please file a lost package report with them. Once they finish their investigation if they determine your package was lost please send me the case number for me to verify and I will send you a new package of molds. 🙂
International customers. International orders can take 6 to 8 weeks to reach their destination in some cases. Once your package is mailed I can guarantee it is on its way. I can provide you with a tracking number through the US mailing system and a copy of the proof of mailing and the date it was mailed. I cannot control the time it takes to get to you once it is mailed or the customs or duty taxes and fees your country may impose.
